Our History

70′s – Established in the early seventies as a spin-off of a pre- existing combustion department in SIAD Macchine Impianti, with the aim of supporting technological development of the gas network in Italy.
Immediately it becomes the exclusive distributor of Pyronics Inc. and begins working with large groups in the metal, ceramic, textile and paper industries.

80′s –The company imposes itself on the market with its own set of new products developed internally. The company acquires significant experience in the fields of aluminum, casting, electroplating and starts developing oxy-combustion.

90′s – ESA moved to its new premises in Curno (bg) and founded its research and development center. It obtains the UNI EN ISO 9001 quality system certification and begins major cooperations  with leading international groups in the glass (Pilkington), copper (KME), steel (Danieli) and food (Barilla) industries.

00′ – After huge investments the industrial combustion research center becomes the largest in Europe. Acquisition of the European headquarters of Pyronics International SA. The structure expands with the acquisition of new spaces. In addition to increasingly complex projects in traditional industries, new know-how is acquired in a variety of new applications such as battery recycling plants, incineration, petrochemicals, etc.

10′ – Production and assembly of lines and skids is internalized. The ESA Indian subsidiary is founded and important projects with major groups such Bhushan Steel  (oxy fuel and Lean gases ), Knauf (oxy fuel in fiberglass) , SSAB (hot galvanizing for coils), ARAMCO/SAIPEM/CMI Group (oil & refinery ), RAFFMETAL (alluminium) begin.
