FUEL DIVERSIFICATION
Solutions for traditional or green liquid fuels
The experience matured and the technologies developed in the combustion of traditional fuels of fissile origin like diesel, light and heavy oil, has been precious for ESA in order, today, to use the more and more appreciated carbon neutral fuels, of mineral or biological origin like E-fuels, biodiesel and vegetable -origin oils, using air or even oxygen as oxidizer.
Be it as main energy source or, just as secondary back up line, we use exclusive technologies to solve all possible problems of calorimetry, viscosity, filtering, atomization, ignition and preheating and we are in position to deliver complete solutions, inclusive of pushing stations, pneumatic or electronic regulation.
Double fuel preheated air burners
We offer dual fuel long flame burners , n demand also regenerative burners can be developed.
Cold air dual fuel burners
Normal or excess air burners, lateral or roof application like the EXDF.
Skids for light or heavy oils
Liquid fuels feeding lines including pushing lines on skids, also traced, and related power , regulation and control logic automation and control.
Special instruments
Special instruments like the FRG, pneumatic proportional valve regulator for light oil, an efficient alternative to the electronic regulation when the viscosity is sufficiently low.
Fuel lances with atomizers
Atomizers with compressed air or oxygen.
Various liquid fuels tanks
Thanks to the analyzers for sulfur oxides (SOx) and various tanks for liquid fuels of different viscosities, in our test center we can carry out various types of tests and develop new solutions.
GREEN LIQUID FUELS OR HYDROGEN?
Enhance Flexibility and Advance Sustainability with Liquid Fuels!
Liquid fuels present several advantages, including high energy density, transport flexibility, and stability. When it comes to energy transition, Bio & E-fuels are equally intriguing as hydrogen, but with significantly fewer challenges related to storage, transportation, and utilization, think about!
FAQ
No: when the viscosity is higher than 3 degrees Engler we must o pre-heati the fuel.
Light oils can also use electrode ignition, heavy oils require a pilot burner.
Detection must always be carried out with UV.
