Sustainable and effective combustion technologies for food industry

Modern combustion technologies such as those offered by ESA play a pivotal role in sustainably feeding our increasingly populated and urbanized planet. These solutions yield superior quality results, addressing various cooking thermal requirements, including baking, roasting, frying… It is a fact that many typologies of products cooked with a flame are healthier, more flavorful and tastier and, manufactured quicker and more efficiently than with any other systems.

Sustainability is a critical consideration too. While biogas, E-fuels, and green hydrogen allow for zero emissions, their widespread availability remains a middle term goal. It is so a valid interim solution to use natural gas with “best available technologies” and balance remaining emissions with green titles & CCS projects. A solution certainly more environmental conscious than labelling the use of electricity from oil or coal as “intrinsically green” while it simply shifts emissions elsewhere in greater quantity.

Ribbon for Direct fired furnaces

For direct fired furnaces of big size we offer our ABM ribbon burners, boasting superior flexibility, functionality and easy set up. Together with our controls and instruments, they provide superior control, quality, sustainability and safety compared to old style competitors’ solutions.

Direct Fired furnaces with packaged ribbon

For smaller furnaces not requiring central air distribution we provide our ABM plus, our small packaged ribbon burners complete of blower, burner control, transformers, pressure switch.

Indirect /cyclotherm furnaces with packaged burners EPB or FC

When it is only required hot air for cooking, our best solution is the EPB modulating burner, sold with CE certification, which can be be customized to any geometry according to furnace design.

Indirect cooking with radiant tube burners

Where the heat must be generated homogeneously, i.e. for drying purposes, the radiant tubes sold in Single ended, U, P or double P configurations are one of the best solutions.

Customizable Pyroline Linear burners for frying and cooking

Two version, Pyroline and Midge Pyroline according to required power can be used for several . the premixed fuel insure a smooth and regular flame.
