Aluminum recycling at the core of ESA solutions

ESA mostly operates in the secondary aluminum industry, catering combustion solutions to manufacturers of melting and holding furnaces for the recovery and refining of various types of scrap. Furthermore ESA supplies also burners used in transport, filtering, casting operations, as well as for downstream applications, such as homogenizing of billets or ageing of extruded profiles. Oxygen or air burners are also available for post combustion applications.

From fixed or tilting reverberatory furnaces to rotary ones, and up to the most complex multi-chamber configurations, we develop a solution together with the customer that suits the specific process requirements.. Our flexibility allows us to consistently offer tailored and innovative solutions. Notably, many of our burners can utilize hydrogen, blends, or carbon-neutral liquid fuels.

Melting and Holding reverberatory furnaces with Regenerative burners

For standard or tilting reverberatory furnace, to start from 20 tons, ESA Nxt regeneratve burners are with no doubts the most efficient solution.

Smaller M&H furnaces with recuperated air burners

For smaller furnaces recuperated air long fame burner can be the best solution.

Melting and holding with oxygen with Air/oxy fuel burners

Ideal for those solutions where it is not 100% clear if it is better air or Oxygen, our AGO air/oxy fuel burner is perfect to tune the heat requirements according to process requirements: oxygen in melting phase, air during liquid metal holding.

ROTARY furnaces with HT Oxy fuel burners

When it comes to highly contaminated wastes, Oxy fuels and rotary furnaces are the most common choice. For smaller operations we usually suggest one only HT High turbulence oxy fuel burner.

ROTARY furnaces with multitunnel HT Oxy fuel

For bigger rotary furnaces, we propose our multitunnel/ multihead burners which boasts higher flexibility and a shorter flame concentrated into the load.
