SIAD S.p.A is the majority share holder of ESA and one of the main industrial chemical groups in Europe. The company has been operational since 1927 in the industrial technical gas sector as well as engineering, welding, industrial goods, health and services.

SIAD Macchine Impianti S.p.A. is part of the SIAD S.p.A division.
It is a society that has had a strong international vocation right from the start, leader in manufacturing API618 compressors and air splitting plants for producing oxygen (liquid or gas), nitrogen and argon. SMI is a reference point for the chemical, petrochemical and energy sectors. At present the company designs, builds and installs the following products worldwide:

• API618 piston compressors for all types of gas and mixtures.
• Standard compressors for PET bottle blowing.
• Air fractioning unit for the production of industrial gases.
• Complete turnkey lines and cells for welding and cutting.

Through the Global Service Divisions and Certified Service Centers present in the five continents, it also provides maintenance and technical assistance.

Tecno Project Industriale has been specialized in designing, manufacturing and installing CO₂ recovery systems for foods since 1987 and in these years reached the important goal of having plants in the main beer factories all over the world. The TPI product range includes:
