Customized Combustion Equipment

ESA is able to meet specific combustion requirements with “on request” engineered solutions.
Whether it is a special burner or combustion systems or auxiliary systems, we are often asked to design and produce (sometimes only to produce according to the customer’s design) some special equipment.
Some applications require the integration of the combustion system into more complex machines which are subsequently marketed by the customer. In this case, you can proceed in two ways
– Design and complete installation directly on the customer’s machine.
– Design and supply of our equipment with execution by the customer.
Some examples of these types of machinery where our burners are integrated are:
– Automatic lines for bundling machines and shrinking ovens for the Packaging market.
– Complete lines for manufacturing of lead batteries.
– Flambing systems for plastic parts for the AUTOMOTIVE market.
– Heating systems for ingot molds in the foundry sector.
– Ladle heating systems or torpedo wagons in the steel industry.

Our ability to create customized products is based on the experience we have acquired in all fields of industrial combustion, on the synergies between the various departments, on the use of internal welding departments and production of refractory cement products, on the possibility of using modular linear burners that can be easily and quickly configured according to the most diverse needs.
The added value is then represented by the joint design of skid and automation.
