Specifically, our pre-sales process involves engaging in thoughtful dialogue with our customers. Through this dialectical exchange, we craft customized solutions that comprehensively address their requirements. Additionally, we gladly accommodate special requests, such as burner tests, site visits, and detailed drawings. These specialized services are invoiced separately and subsequently discounted upon order placement.
REMOTE TECHNICAL SERVICES
Remote assistance, repairs, spare parts
From troubleshooting via conference call, to remote assistance via SIM card, up to repairs in ESA, we aim to save your time and travel costs. The spare parts service, thanks to the purchase history record set, allows rapid identification of parts and, counting on an impressive stock that we maintain beyond the legal deadlines, operates quickly and efficiently.
We do not enter into such suppliers. Here are our sales T&Cs.
TECHNICAL INTERVENTIONS “ON SITE”
Maintenance and start up
We go on site to carry out the first ignition and set up of the burners (“start up”) or for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and repairs, even with agreed plans. We can also supervise the installation of the burners by the customer or third parties. We do not deal with erection, on-site electric cabling, nor with pipeline connections with the external fuel grid.

Our Research Center is the ideal “gym” for training technical and commercial personnel on the performance and functioning of our products, as well as on regulatory innovations. For the latter, being at the forefront of their definition, we are always able to provide a highly qualified interpretation.
